Espace 4 Saisons and its 54 new logging units

26 January 2017

Since last November, L’Espace 4 Saisons is accessible to the public. The project primarily consisted of adding, to the existing ”Auberge aux 4 Saisons D’Orford”, 54 logging units as well as new common areas. The first objective of this project was to increase the logging offer and capacity to receive our group clientele. Thanks to the conscientious work of our suppliers, this project was delivered on time and with brilliance. The new logging units in the ”Espace Signature” section includes many types of rooms, like the Panoramic Suites, the Urban Suites, the business Plus rooms ect. Many of these rooms are adjoining and equipped with a kitchenette and a washer/dryer to favor extended stays. Other ”Areas” have been added to the new section: 4 reception halls, one banquet kitchen, more than 100 underground parking spaces, a fitness room with large windows, a heated and locked locker room for skis and bicycles, a large terrace on the roof as well as a 4-season indoor/outdoor swimming pool. The team is particularly proud of this add for the fact that this is not a common concept, maybe unique? The pool area is very coveted by the guests. The outdoor jacuzzi and the exceptional view on Mount Orford brings a lot to this place.

It is also important to mention that the 28 excising rooms of the ”Espace Authentique” section have been completely restored to keep with the uniqueness of the hotel. The resort now has 82 new or completely renovated rooms and suites. As always, you will find the ”Bistro 4 Saisons”, ”Burger PuB” and the health center ”Le Dome De Morphée”.

<<We are delighted with the positive reactions of visitors. The guests are impressed by the uniqueness of the place! They often say to have never seen anything like this anywhere else. This is in part due to the fact that the art pieces, decoration elements and the furniture all come from artisans from Quebec. Townshipers even. Even the upholsterer lives in Magog! It is very important to us that the project has a positive impact on the region. The expansion has created 40 direct new jobs on top of hiring dozens of regional workers.>> explains  Annie Brunelle Assistant general manager.

The nearby hotels are very pleased about this new project because it will increase the number of tourists in the region!
