Le Bonne Entente receives two awards from the World Luxury Hotel Awards

Quebec City, December 11, 2018 – Le Bonne Entente is proud to have won the Luxury Contemporary Hotel – Global Winner and the Luxury Spa Hotel – North America awards, granted by the World Luxury Hotel Awards, an international organization recognized around the world that recognises deluxe hotels for their excellence in service and installations.

The gala took place on November 10, 2018, in Bali, Indonesia. It brought together hotel owners from around the world. “We’re so proud to not only find ourselves in the same category as prestigious hotels like the Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons, but to also win. It’s a great recognition for BE’s employees. They work really hard. But it’s also great for the Quebec hotel industry. Honourable Mention means that we have a spot at the international level,” stated Alain April, General Manager and Co-Owner of the hotel.

The Amerispa health spa, located in Le Bonne Entente, also won the best hotel spa in North America award. “We’re so happy and really proud of this award. The know-how and professionalism of our therapists and our recently renovated installations make our spa a must destination for relaxation,” declared Mrs. Caroline Mandréa, Marketing Manager with Amerispa.

Launched in 2006, the World Hotel Luxury Awards is a recognition of international success in the deluxe hotel industry, and is voted on by more than 300,000 travellers and industry players. Only deluxe hotels offering unique destinations and products can win this prestigious award.

Since the launch of the World Luxury Hotel Awards, BE has won several prizes, including best business hotel in 2014 and the most romantic hotel in North America in 2015 and 2016. The hotel’s restaurant, MC Lounge, also received a prize in the “Luxury Hotel Restaurant” category in 2016.


In addition to 5-stars and 4 diamonds, over the past two years BE has also been recognised by Forbes Travel Guide for its excellence in service provision, attributing them the prestigious rank of 4-stars.
