Tourisme Rivière-du-Loup launched its “charm offensive” at the Espace 400e Bell in Quebec City on Wednesday, November 2nd. With the theme of “Why not Rivière-du-Loup”, more than 30 business people from the Quebec City region came to discover the diversified services offered for events in Rivière-du-Loup. In collaboration with its partners, the location was transformed into the image of Rivière-du-Loup.
Organised by the Convention and Events Delegate, Marie-Ève Filion, the Club des ambassadeurs and the convention committee from Tourisme Rivière-du-Loup, this event was an opportunity to display the overall service offer from its restaurant, convention centre, hotel, attraction and service supplier members in the field of conventions and events. They came together as exhibitors to talk about their companies.
Additionally, Tourisme Rivière-du-Loup took advantage of the event to promote its incentives for conventions and events, put together thanks to the financial contribution of the City of Rivière-du-Loup. At the same time, the team was on-site to help attendees discover new documents, services and the participating members.
In the form of a trade show, each person was invited to visit the kiosks and enjoying a cocktail reception prepared by chefs from the convention centre who were on site. Also during this event, the popular sommelier Philippe Lapeyrie was present for a dedication ceremony in collaboration with Mario Landry.
Tourisme Rivière-du-Loup would like to particularly thank their collaborators and exhibitors who brilliantly showed that in Rivière-du-Loup we work together to ensure that your event is a success!
