The Saint-Hyacinthe Convention Centre include 63,000 square feet of exhibit space with a total of 33 meeting rooms. With a 25,000 square foot main hall, which can accommodate up to 2,500 people in banquet format, the Saint-Hyacinthe Convention Centre has the largest high class meeting room in Quebec outside of major urban centres. This building is supplied with renewable natural gas locally produced by the city. It also has a green roof offering a peaceful location for convention attendees.

The Sheraton Saint-Hyacinthe Hotel of 223 rooms including 17 suites. The hotel offers direct access to the convention centre and the Galeries St-Hyacinthe. The hotel also includes an indoor pool with patio, indoor parking with 190 spots and free outdoor parking with 700 spots.
